Bhalukjuri Waterfalls

People can visit this wild place at any time of the year but they need to track a little bit to reach the peak of the waterfalls. Don’t try to visit these waterfalls during monsoons, as the tracking route might be slippery and accidents can happen. Tourists can do car parking and make food here very easily as there is enough space near the falls. A small Shiva temple is also there so you can take blessings if you want to. Kaipholangso Waterfalls / Kakochang Waterfall

These waterfalls are a nice place to visit and a good picnic spot near the world-famous Kaziranga National Park. The distance of this waterfall from the park is around 142 km and it’s a nice place to plan a picnic. Travellers can go here with family and friends to make some good memories. This waterfall is a beautiful natural attraction of the area and it’s a scenic view to see the water flowing down a rocky cliff and into a deep pool below. It’s a popular tourist destination among locals and many people come here from different areas. Try to come here on weekdays as it remains quite busy on weekends.

Types of Safari in Kaziranga 

Elephant Safari

Going on an Elephant Safari in Kaziranga National Park is the best way to explore the forest. Locals like this ride a lot and they believe that tourism in Kaziranga National Park is incomplete without riding an elephant. This safari is best for travellers because it lets you move around freely in the open areas. If you compare the rides of Kaziranga then let me tell you that the elephant ride is better than gypsy rides because you will explore the jungle without the disturbing sound of gypsy safari.

The travellers need to book the permit before going on a ride and it is advised that you should get that in advance. During the gypsy safari in Kaziranga National Park, you can only go on specific routes or you can say paths. Those routes are decided by the forest officials and the safari happens in different zones.
