- Locate the booking you wish to cancel and click on the "Action" button.
- Select the option to submit a cancellation request.

4. Approval Process:
- Once you've submitted the cancellation request, our team will review and approve it.
- After approval, you will receive a notification.

5. Final Confirmation and Refund:
- Log in to your dashboard again and navigate to the "Bookings" section.
- Approve the cancellation to complete the process.
- Your refund will be processed accordingly.

6. Check Refund Status:
- Monitor the status of your refund by checking your dashboard.
