Department, nor do we make any claims of affiliation with them. Our services primarily cater to booking safaris,
arranging hotel accommodations, coordinating transportation such as pickups and drops, and facilitating flight
reservations on behalf of our customers. We operate independently and charge a reasonable amount for our services. It
is important to note that the charges we levy are subject to variations based on the demand for safari bookings, and
they may increase during peak periods of high booking traffic.
Jungle Safari India accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, and Direct Deposit as payment methods.
Please make payments only to the company's accounts.
Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour.
Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking.
Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable.
Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, payable directly to the hotel.
Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel.
If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided.
For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided.
Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage.
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances.
Booking Information
In all hotels, a base category room will be provided.
In case of upgrading a room, it will cost extra and should be paid to the hotel
directly.
Customers have to wait a minimum of 24 hours for booking confirmation and vouchers.
Booking vouchers will be sent to you by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.
Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Please make sure to enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking.
Passengers furnishing incorrect age may incur penalties at the time of traveling.
In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotel, we shall provide a similar
standard hotel.
In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc., will be informed by
mail or phone before the traveling date. The difference amount shall be paid by the
guest before your tour date.
We do not guarantee any zone or area; the zone is subject to availability. We can change
the zone of your safari anytime according to availability; customers cannot claim any
specific area or zone.
Company will not be responsible for any accident, loss/theft, or damage of luggage.
If the customer does not make the balance payment or any dues, or is unable to do so,
the advance payment will be forfeited, and all services will be stopped.
We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as operational or other
circumstances require.
These rates are not valid for long-weekend festivals like New Year, Christmas, etc.
