Cancellation Policy of Kaziranga Booking
- Gypsy/Elephant Safari Is Non Refundable.
- Tour Packages Cancellation are as follows :
- If the permit is not generated and a cancellation request is received from the client, a cancellation charge of INR 1030/- will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
- Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
- Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.
- Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed.
- Hotels and forest lodges have separate cancellation policies which will be communicated when needed.
- Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, museums, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately.
- Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
- Please note that the tour date is not counted when processing cancellations.
Declaration: We would like to clarify that we, as a private travel agency, are not authorized by the Forest Department, nor do we make any claims of affiliation with them. Our services primarily cater to booking safaris, arranging hotel accommodations, coordinating transportation such as pickups and drops, and facilitating flight reservations on behalf of our customers. We operate independently and charge a reasonable amount for our services. It is important to note that the charges we levy are subject to variations based on the demand for safari bookings, and they may increase during peak periods of high booking traffic.
For any cancellation of Tour/Cab/Safari/Hotel Bookings etc, you have to intimate us in written on the given email-Id cancellation@junglesafariindia.in, cancellation email sent to any other email will not be valid or acceptable.
