This package will allow you to spot animals from a gypsy safari as well as an elephant safari. Furthermore, you will stay in nice accommodation near the park. It’s a great deal for wildlife lovers.

Itinerary
DAY 1
On your arrival at the pre-booked hotel, you have to check in and then you can relax. You will stay in a hotel near Kaziranga. We can also provide pick-up and drop facility from the nearest airport or railway station on extra charges. After relaxing for some time you can have a delicious lunch and then get ready for the cultural performance. If you arrive before 5 pm then we can take you to the evening cultural show. After coming back at night, have your dinner and rest for the night in your comfortable accommodation.
DAY 2
You have to wake up early morning for an elephant safari ride. We will take you to Kaziranga for an elephant ride. After 1 hour of exploring the park, you will come back to the hotel and then you can have your breakfast. After some time, we will take you back to Kaziranga for a thrilling gypsy safari ride. This ride will take place in different zones of the park. This ride will give you another chance to spot animals while riding on a gypsy safari. You will come back and then you have to check out from the resort to proceed towards your next destination.
Terms & Conditions
- 📋 Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
- 📋 Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, payable directly to the hotel.
- 📋 Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM.
- 📋 Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel.
- 📋 If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided.
- 📋 For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided.
- 📋 Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
- 📋 The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage.
- 📋 We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
- ➡️ Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:
- ➡️ 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
- ➡️ Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable.
- ➡️ For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
- ➡️ Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
- ➡️ Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.
- ➡️ Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed.
- ➡️ Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately.
- ➡️ Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations.
- ➡️ Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
Payment Policy
- Jungle Safari India (Pvt.) Ltd. accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, and Direct Deposit as payment methods.
- Please make payments only to the company's accounts.
- Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour.
- Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking.
- Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable.
