Tour Itinerary
Day 1
You have to arrive at the pre-booked resort near Kaziranga. We can also provide pick-up and drop facility from the nearest airport or railway station on extra charges. After some relaxing time, you can have lunch and then in the evening you can go nearby sightseeing and then after coming back, have your dinner and spend a peaceful night at the resort.
Day 2
The second day of your Kaziranga Holiday Package is going to be super exciting, firstly you have to wake up early and get ready for your morning elephant safari ride. An elephant safari ride during the early morning can give you enough chances to spot animals in their peaceful behavior. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the Jungle, just imagine how mesmerizing that would be. After coming back from the ride, you can have your delicious breakfast and relax in your comfortable accommodation. After having lunch, you will go for your Gypsy safari ride, this ride will give you another chance to spot the wild animals of Kaziranga. After a thrilling day, you can spend a comfortable night in your cozy accommodation.
Day 3
You’ll have breakfast in the morning and then we will go towards the booked resort in Shillong. This journey will take around 6 to 7 hours to reach Shillong. During your journey, you will get a chance to see Umium Lake, also known as Barapani. You can take some good pictures here. You have to do check-in formalities after reaching the resort. Take some time to relax and then in the evening you can take a walk in the local market. Then have your dinner and rest after a tiring day.
Day 4
On the 4th day, you will wake up in the calmness of Shillong. This day of your Kaziranga Tour Package will be packed with sightings of the area. Shillong is known for its beautiful landscapes, including hills, waterfalls, and lush greenery. You will visit various sightseeing areas such as the Don Bosco Monument, Botanical Garden, Ward's Lake, Lady Hydri Park, and others. You can even enjoy boating at Ward's Lake. Shillong is a popular tourist destination because of its pleasant climate and scenic views. After a day of exploring the beauty, you will come back to the resort have your dinner and relax.
Day 5

Terms & Conditions
- 📋 Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
- 📋 Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, payable directly to the hotel.
- 📋 Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM.
- 📋 Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel.
- 📋 If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided.
- 📋 For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided.
- 📋 Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
- 📋 The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage.
- 📋 We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
- ➡️ Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:
- ➡️ 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
- ➡️ Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable.
- ➡️ For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
- ➡️ Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
- ➡️ Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.
- ➡️ Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed.
- ➡️ Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately.
- ➡️ Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations.
- ➡️ Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
Payment Policy
- Jungle Safari India (Pvt.) Ltd. accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, and Direct Deposit as payment methods.
- Please make payments only to the company's accounts.
- Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour.
- Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking.
- Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable.
