Kaziranga National Park is famous for its green vegetation, varied wildlife, beautiful scenery, and pleasant weather. People especially come here to see rhinoceros in their natural habitat. You can also get a chance to see them by choosing to make a Kaziranga package booking. In this short-duration Kaziranga Holiday package, you will go on a gypsy safari ride in Kaziranga and also you will stay in a nice accommodation near the park. It’s good for those who want to see the beauty of the jungle on a short trip.

Itinerary
DAY 1
To start your thrilling day of the Kaziranga Tour Package, you have to come to the pre-booked resort. We can also provide pick-up and drop facility from the nearest airport or railway station on extra charges. You can relax at the resort and then have your lunch. After that you can just visit the nearby places or you can also spend your time enjoying the recreational activities at the resort. You can have dinner at night and then relax in the peaceful surroundings.
DAY 2
You will wake up early morning in the peaceful surroundings of your accommodation on the second day of your Kaziranga Holiday Package. Your gypsy safari in Kaziranga will take place in the early morning. During your ride, you can spot various types of wild animals like Rhinos, Tigers, Wild Boars, etc roaming freely in their natural habitat. Later, you will be taken back to your resort for checking out. Your short yet adventurous Kaziranga tour will end here.
Terms & Conditions
- 📋 Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
- 📋 Upgrading to a higher room category will cost extra, payable directly to the hotel.
- 📋 Check-in time is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM.
- 📋 Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are provided at the time of booking to avoid penalties during travel.
- 📋 If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, a similar standard hotel will be provided.
- 📋 For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with an extra mattress will be provided.
- 📋 Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
- 📋 The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage.
- 📋 We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
- ➡️ Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:
- ➡️ 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
- ➡️ Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
- ➡️ Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable.
- ➡️ For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
- ➡️ Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
- ➡️ Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.
- ➡️ Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed.
- ➡️ Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately.
- ➡️ Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations.
- ➡️ Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
Payment Policy
- Jungle Safari India (Pvt.) Ltd. accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, and Direct Deposit as payment methods.
- Please make payments only to the company's accounts.
- Travelers can secure their booking by paying a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour.
- Alternatively, travelers can enjoy additional discount benefits by paying the full 100% amount to confirm the booking.
- Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable.
